American Gym’s boxing program prides itself on teaching the basics including footwork drills, shadow boxing, and punching combos in a fun and safe environment. When this is combined with our specific boxing condition program, this provides an awesome workout for all levels while learning the sweet science of boxing. We offer classes that are slow paced great for beginners and up-tempo classes designed for members that wish to push themselves. All classes will involve ab work to strengthen up the core and take aim at that six pack. Once you take a class with our professional coaches, you will see why this boxing workout is considered one of the best!
